My journey with SuperSlow began in 2004 as an alternative to waking up at 4am three to five times weekly to work out before work.
I trained with and was certified by Master SuperSlow Instructor Lou Abato of the Ultimate Training Center in Manhattan, and dropped 20lbs, two dress sizes, and achieved 16% body fat along the way. My mom commented to me, "You have overcome your genetics!" I noticed I had amazing endurance for skiing and hiking (and any other physical activity I chose to undertake). My life was so transformed by this experience, I applied to become a Certified SuperSlow Instructor and received my certification Spring of 2006 so that I could help people discover their fitness potential!
